The Celebration Collection Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Celebration Collection! By subscribing to our celebration boxes (physical or digital), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans

You can subscribe on a monthly, semi-annual (6-month), or annual (12-month) basis. Each plan will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Monthly Plan: Renews every 30 days from sign-up date.

  • 6-Month Plan: Renews every 6 months.

  • Annual Plan: Renews every 12 months.

  • Digital-Only Plan: Available as a monthly subscription with instant access to digital files.

2. Billing

Your credit/debit card will be charged automatically based on your chosen plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to process recurring payments until you cancel.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

  • Coupons and promotions apply only at time of purchase unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Pauses

You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime before your renewal date through your account dashboard.

  • Monthly subscribers must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • Prepaid plans (6-Month or Annual) are non-refundable but can be paused or gifted after the initial term.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month, containing items intended for celebration the following month.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and updated shipping address.

  • Lost or returned boxes due to incorrect addresses will not be replaced without an additional shipping fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our curated boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

6. Digital Access & Downloads

Subscribers who receive a digital box or bonus files will be granted download access via a private link or QR code.

  • All digital content is for personal use only.

  • Sharing, reselling, or reproducing content for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Gifts, Bonuses & Promotions

Free gifts (e.g. Gratitude Journal) are offered with specific subscription plans. These gifts are:

  • Subject to availability

  • One-time per subscriber

  • Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by The Celebration Collection are owned by Celebrate Little Joy, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here and communicated to subscribers when applicable.
